Day 3: Accepting The Truth - The Master Buddha

This third meditative expansion of your awareness, drawn from the teachings of Buddha, focuses on accepting the world just as it is. Siddhartha Gautama, or the Buddha, who was born to wealthy parents in the Indian foothills of the Himalayan Mountains perhaps four hundred years before Jesus. A fully-awakened spiritual being, Buddha was also perhaps the greatest psychologist of all time. During his awakening process he observed the functioning of the human mind (his own) and saw how it works in its usual conditioned and mostly unconscious mode - and how it can be guided toward an ultimate psychological and spiritual awakening.

We live in a perfect universe. There is nothing we need to change in order to be perfect and enlightened. Beyond all our judgments and worries, goals and expectations, there exists within us right now the experience of our own perfection. Just say to yourself, “I accept the world, just as it is…”
